Our Bobcat service department thrives on providing legendary customer service. Our technicians are trained to the highest level of Bobcat standards. With special schools dedicated to preparing our technicians with tools and skills they need to accurately diagnose and repair any problem you may be experience with your Bobcat product. We have been able to minimize down time and keep our customers up and running, even on the jobsite. Every service technician receives a minimum of 40 hours per year of hands on training with factory representatives to insure that a customer’s Bobcat product remains operational and profitable.
Whether in our shop or at your site, we get you fixed and back on the job.
We incorporate both shop and mobile specialists to allow our service department to meet the customers’ expectations as well as providing 24 hr emergency service. We have three locations across central New York in Elmira, Binghamton and Syracuse to conveniently satisfy the needs of customers no matter where their jobsite is located.
We work hard with our customers to keep equipment maintained because we know that having well maintained equipment helps to minimize costly repairs down the road. We offer planned maintenance agreements tailored for usage and application requirements. Many of our customers have already experienced our scheduled maintenance agreement and the results that they experience from them.
